Hello there! My name is Melissa Hendry and I am a web designer & front-end developer based out of Joliet, Illinois. I tend to dabble in a little bit of everything like graphic design and motion graphics, but I absolutely love coding websites more than anything. The internet has been my life for as long as I can remember, and I have been interested in creating websites since I was about 9 years old. I love problem solving, and the way my brain ticks when web designing. On the side I enjoy nature & portrait photography, as well as drawing and painting.

We create a plan through questionnaires to discover the who, what, when and whys of your website.

We figure out what content goes where, and where links will take your users. I then design the structure of the website through wireframes and flowcharts, as well as create the personality of the site through mood boards to help give an idea of the look and feel of the site.

Then, after the wireframes and flowcharts are approved, I create a planned number of non-working prototypes of the site. We then review the designs, choose one of the designs, and then redesign it to your liking. After one redesign, I get your final approval and we move on.

Finally, we move to developing the website. I code all of the functionality and implement the design to look like the prototype. Once finished, we test the website with a few users, debug any problems, and then launch the website!
